When you’re ready to drink, dump the contents in the blender, add liquid ingredients, and blitz!
½ frozen banana
1 cup spinach, packed
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of pink Himalayan salt
Fresh mint leaves
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or filtered water
Blend all with liquid of choice to desired consistency and enjoy.
