When you want to BURN but don’t have the luxury of time, the Mini-Melt is the answer. It’s the same full-body no-breaks HIIT style, condensed into a tight 30 minutes. But make no mistake - it’s not easier than the Signature; you’ll still get that full body shred that leaves you sweaty and stronger than when you started.
Sometimes you just wanna turn up the music and go full send. Ignite workouts are 8-10 minutes of minimal explanation and maximum beats. Perfect for days when you’re super short on time, or when you feel like jamming with the music turned up to 11.

These workouts are designed to acclimate you to Mandy’s workout style so you can learn the foundational movements and modifications that best suit you.
